  Horrific customer service! I was sleeping when my car was hit, obvious total. 9 days later no one has called me from state farm, every piece of information I have I had to call for. I asked about a quote on a new vehicle and they told me my insurance was going up the day after an accident I was a victim in but it wasn't because of the accident. However, they couldn't tell me why it was going up. I asked to speak to Jim, but he's out of town for 3 weeks.
  When I inquired about a rental car, they told me to go to the sheriff's department, get a police report, and then call the drivers insurance company for one. Meanwhile, everyone else involved had a rental already through their insurance without rental coverage.
  When I told the women working my service had been horrific and as soon as this was all over with I would be switching, they shrugged and told me "everyone is".
  If you enjoy customer service in a timely manner, I wouldn't recommend calling Jim, no matter what the commercials tell you.
