  Nearly every order is wrong. They care their speed making times rather than the quality of their orders. Save yourself the time and frustration by driving one exit north or one south cause there is an MCD at both. Birch Run does a better job.

  Waited at the window with employees jumping around and doing jumping jacks for 5 minutes before anything was said to us. My 4 year old daughter was trying to get their attention. Then we get home and both happy meals did not have fries. No straws for the kids drinks and our food is not hot at all. Chicken nuggets in happy meals and fries from other meals are barely warm. This has happened to me multiple times within the last 6 months. I tried to call them about missing food and it rang 10 times with still no answer. Very very dissatisfied and will drive out to Frankenmuth or Birch Run when I live in Bridgeport.
